An account executive at monday.com built four AI agents to run his outbound prospecting. Ten days later, the numbers were strong enough that his boss posted them publicly.

Casey George is Chief Revenue Officer of monday.com, the publicly traded work platform. He came to the role after nearly three decades in go-to-market, including leading global sales at the analytics company Qlik. The seller, Harry, assembled it inside the CRM he already works in. "Harry built a system he calls Pantheon, a team of four agents that runs his entire outbound motion, natively, inside monday CRM," George wrote in a LinkedIn post. Ten days in, he reports 305 leads prospected, 122 personalized emails sent, 56 expansion contacts surfaced, and an estimated $300,000 to $400,000 in annual pipeline.

The seller becomes the manager

Harry got a team in an instant. Four agents handle the prospecting, the writing, and the surfacing of expansion accounts, and the 20 minutes an email once took went to zero because he stopped writing them himself. The work changed hands.

That distinction matters to anyone running a revenue org. Harry manages an autonomous unit now. He sets the strategy, defines the judgment the agents run on, and keeps the accounts and the relationships, while the agents carry the repetitive volume that used to fill his week. His role moves up the stack, from doing the outbound to directing it.

The buyer on the other end

Personalization that costs a rep 20 minutes a message rarely survives contact with a quota, so it gets cut and the buyer receives the generic version. Pantheon changes that economics. A tailored message now costs close to nothing to produce, which raises the odds that the person receiving one of those 122 emails gets something written for them and them only.

Predictions about agents reshaping outbound circulate constantly, and they land differently coming from a Chief Revenue Officer at a public company who answers to a board for the number and can point at pipeline on his own team. George presented Pantheon as the best thing one of his sellers shipped this quarter.

The figure he made public is the pipeline that arrived while Harry worked on something else. Sellers who build early hand the prospecting to agents and keep the accounts, the relationships, and the quota.
